My Committment

As a candidate for Member, 2027 National Nominating Committee, I bring a sisterly, strategic, and disciplined approach informed by my 33 years of service in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Through my roles as the Immediate Past President of Pomona Valley Alumnae Chapter, former Regional Risk Management Coordinator, current Regional Co-Chair of Conflict Resolution, and a successful Campaign Manager for two regional and one national campaign, I have the proven experience on how to identify, prepare, and support our Sorors as they seek leadership within our Sisterhood.

I believe we thrive when we meet Sorors where they are—recognizing their gifts, creating pathways for engagement, and casting a clear vision for growth. Preparation must begin early and remain continuous, equipping Sorors to lead effectively and step confidently into national leadership within our sisterhood.

From collegiate to alumnae Sorors, we strengthen our sisterhood when we lift as we climb and make leadership preparation accessible and engaging for those Sorors who are ready to serve now and for those developing along their Delta journey.
